$20 Entry ($18+$2) = 40k starting stack

BEFORE 1st BREAK $10 Rebuy (if you lose all your chips) = 20k 

or $10 Addon (if you have chips)(NOT BOTH) gets you 20k.

After break: Full Stamp card = 20k.

Bistro meal with receipt = extra 20k.

Bar meal = only extra 10k.
